Our Communicate with C.A.R.E.® program teaches your employee how to use empathetic communication during every interaction and provides a framework for addressing disappointment. The series of trainings within the program kicks off with I. C.A.R.E., a leadership training session for your entire leadership team that:

 

  • Introduces leaders to the Communicate with C.A.R.E.® communication model and the skills associated with it.
  • Addresses the leader's role in supporting the Communicate with C.A.R.E.® roll-out.
  • Includes information on the leader's role in creating and sustaining skills necessary for meaningful healthcare experiences.

 

Objectives for this session include:

  • Understanding the leader's critical role in the success of implementing Communicate with C.A.R.E.®
  • Learn and practice skills associated with Communicate with C.A.R.E.® as well as skills to lead advancements in the patient and employee experience.
