Accountability is a popular term, usually used in the context of holding others accountable. We believe that holding others accountable is critical to achieving an optimal patient experience. We also believe personal accountability is even more important. This is one’s individual ownership and commitment to delivering exceptional care and service, no matter what your job title or role is in the organization.
